LRIT-HRIT !

As per WMO specification BKC has implemented the LRIT / HRIT method of transmission and reception of images and data for IMD. The transmission and reception are as per the CGMS standards has analytical tools for real time weather forecasting
Entire hardware and software has been integrated by us and which is now operational in entire India as well as neighbouring countries of Maldives, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Nepal. JAVA based software is used for comprehensive analysis of all kinds of weather data.
