The low pressure system over West Rajasthan and surrounding areas of Pakistan has weakened and is now not as noticeable. However, there still a cyclonic circulation present in the region, which is now shifting towards the south. A fresh Low Pressure area is likely to form over north Bay of Bengal after three days. Moderate to heavy rainfall is forecasted across Jammu & Kashmir, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, and Haryana during the next two to three days, with West Uttar Pradesh experiencing similar weather conditions through tomorrow. Meanwhile, East Uttar Pradesh is expected to see rainfall after a delay of three to four days. Light to moderate rainfall accompanied with thunderstorm, lightning likely over western Himalayan region and some places over the plains during next 7 days. Light to moderate rain is expected across the region over the next couple of days, with heavier showers likely in Coastal Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, and North Interior Karnataka. Additionally, strong winds, reaching speeds of 40–50 km/h, are likely to affect many parts of South Peninsular India over the next five days. Moderate to heavy rain is expected to begin in Vidarbha, Chhattisgarh, Odisha, and Gangetic West Bengal in two days, continuing for the following two days. Meanwhile, Bihar, Jharkhand, and Madhya Pradesh are likely to receive rainfall over the next two days. Light to moderate rainfall is expected across many parts of Northeast India, accompanied by thunderstorms and lightning, likely continuing over the next seven days. Assam, Meghalaya, and Arunachal Pradesh may witness heavy downpours during the next two days.
